Before we begin

Your questions.
Clear answers.

The essentials to assess whether I am the right person for your project.

What does an external Project Manager do?

An external Project Manager provides direction and coordination: defining objectives, organising work and monitoring schedules, resources and risks. The scope of a collaboration is agreed around the company’s needs.

When does a company need a Project Manager?

When a project needs several people or suppliers to work together, meet milestones and make decisions with reliable information. Recurring delays, unclear responsibilities and limited visibility are reasons to review its management.

Do you only work in Madrid?

I am based in Madrid and work on projects across Spain. We discuss the working arrangement and project needs in the first conversation.

Can we discuss a project already underway or facing delays?

Yes. In the first consultation we can review the current situation, remaining milestones and main obstacles. We then assess the support needed and whether it fits my services.

What sector experience do you bring?

My experience covers company expansion and integration, gaming and leisure, food, distribution, new digital channels and consultancy. It also includes technical collaboration on an urban planning project. In the first conversation we assess how that experience fits your project.

How does a collaboration begin?

First we discuss your project. If there is a fit, I prepare a tailored proposal defining the scope, objectives and working arrangement before we begin.

Does the first meeting have a cost?

No. The first consultation lasts 30 minutes and is free, with no obligation to hire.

How do we arrange the meeting?

You can request it via WhatsApp, email or phone. We agree a date and time directly; sending an enquiry does not automatically book an appointment.

One conversation. A next step.

Let’s talk about your project.
And how to move it forward.

A free 30-minute first consultation. Directly with Fernando, with no obligation.
